My Recent Activities (Week of 9/01)
Tuesday was a Yuba Water Agency board of directors meeting, and a link to the agenda is here. Highlights include:

Received an update on the South County Infrastructure Project and approved Board support and direction to proceed to construction contract bidding, and authorize proceeding to prepare for issuing a loan to the project based on certain terms and integrating those terms into the forthcoming final Funding Agreement. Looking ahead to this week (Week of 9/08)
Tuesday is a Yuba County Board of Supervisors meeting, and a link to the agenda is here. Highlights include:
- Hold a Public hearing and receive a presentation from the County Administrator’s Office on the Adopted Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
- Approve Board of Supervisors responses to the recommendations made in the 2024/25 Yuba County Grand Jury Report.
- Receive a special presentation from the Office of Emergency Services on Youth Emergency Preparedness for first-grade level students in Yuba County schools.
- Approve reappointment of James Purcell to the Plumas Lake Specific Plan Design Review Committee.

There is also a Wheatland City Council meeting (agenda).
Community events on my calendar this week include the Plumas Lake Walking Moai and possibly Sodbusters and the Marysville Stampede.
