My Recent Activities (Week of 11/10)
Tuesday was Veterans’ Day, so there was no Board of Supervisors meeting. There will not be one on the fourth Thursday either due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, so the next meeting will be on December 9th.
There were no other board and committee meetings on my calendar this week.
Additional meetings on my calendar this week include a meeting about Blue Zones and a meeting about Yuba County with Rural County Representatives of California (RCRC) staff. There was a special Wheatland City Council meeting on Monday evening (agenda).
Community events on my calendar this week include the Plumas Lake Walking Moai, a ribbon-cutting for the new Yuba County Jail Medical and Mental Health Facility, a grand opening for the new sports bar at Hard Rock, and the Yuba Sutter Veterans’ Day Parade.
